The app

Digital IPTV is a media player for playlists that you add yourself. It does not include, sell or provide any TV channels, playlists or subscriptions, and we are not linked to any provider of such content.

Your content

You are responsible for the playlists you add. Use the app only with content you have the right to watch. We may remove playlists from our service if we are told they break the law.

Free trial and activation

A new device can use the app free for 6 days. After that it needs an activation. An activation is for one device, is not transferable to another device, and covers the app only, not any content. A yearly activation ends after one year; a lifetime activation has no end date for as long as we offer the app.

Payments and refunds

Website payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller and handles taxes, receipts and refunds under its own terms. Google Play payments follow Google Play's terms. If the app does not work on your device, contact us within 14 days of payment.

Your account

Keep your PIN private. Anyone with your Device ID and PIN and access to your email can change your playlists.

Fair use

Do not try to break into the website, guess other people's PINs or overload our service. We may block devices that do.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the app and website running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. Playback depends on your playlist provider and your internet connection.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by playlists from other providers, by your internet connection, or by the use of the app.

Changes

We may change these terms. If we do, we update the date at the top of this page.
