Who we are

Digital IPTV ("we") makes the Digital IPTV media player app and this website. Questions about privacy: use the Contact page.

What the app is

Digital IPTV is a media player. It does not include, sell or provide any channels, playlists or subscriptions. It plays playlists that you add yourself.

What we keep

The Device ID that the app creates for your device, the PIN for this website, the playlists you add (names, addresses and logins), your activation status and end date, and the email address you give us for login codes. When the app is open it also tells our server its version, the device type and model, and the country of your internet connection. We do not keep a history of what you watch.

Payments

Payments on this website are handled by our payment provider (for example Paddle), which acts as the seller. Payments in the Google Play app are handled by Google. We never see or keep your card details; we only receive a confirmation that a payment was made.

Why we keep it

To deliver your playlists to your device, to check that your app is activated, to send your login codes, to protect your device from people who try to guess your PIN, and to answer your messages.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the services that run this website for us: our hosting company, our email service for login codes, the robot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the payment provider. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as your device uses the app. Login codes expire after 10 minutes. Contact messages are deleted after one year. You can ask us at any time to delete your device and everything linked to it.

Security

The website only works over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Logins need your PIN and a code sent to your email, and a device is locked for 15 minutes after 5 wrong tries.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in and one to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

The app and this website are not meant for children under 13. Parents can lock playlists and adult groups with a PIN.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, using the Contact page. If you live in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
